My boyfriend and I got a unit today and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the prices are great, and the units are clean! we highly recommend doing business with them! They also have some awesome christmas prizes you can win if you sign up as a customer with them! (:

The Team at Britebox were excellent to work with. The rental process was super easy. They have any relevant supplies (boxes, packing material, locks, etc.) and support (hand carts) you might require. And the site is well lit, safe, clean and secure. The Storage Genie App is a bonus as you don't even need to leave your vehicle to punch a code in at the gate.

This is my second time renting a storage space from Brightbox. Once when my mom passed away, I need a space to put all her belongings with little to know notice. The team at Brightbox made my experience so easy at a very difficult time in my life. I never forgot that and that made my decision so much easier this time around needing storage.
